The Treehouse at Lavender Hill is located on a small farm on the edge of a stunning conversation village. It's stunning treetop location amidst fantastic gardens offers an idyllic outlook. It is suitable for a family of up to 5 with a king size double bedroom with additional single bed and a bunk bed room and offers a roll-top bath, cedarwood hot tub and two private use sessions of an indoor pool every. The open plan living area with wood-burning stove, full kitchen and dining area is the perfect space for all the family to enjoy together be it playing games or watching TV. EV charger available to pre-book. The Treehouse now has the added attraction of an awesome tube slide from the top deck ( gated for safety) to the ground- lots of fun for children and adults alike.

The Railway Carriage with private hot tub is located right next to the West Somerset Steam Railway providing a unique and exciting alternative to a normal family holiday. This property sleeps 4 plus a baby with a king-size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 family bathroom. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, oak table, comfortable sofas and large TV with Freeview. Outside guests can enjoy the small garden and veranda. EV car charger available to pre-book.

Railway Cottage is a fabulous period cottage sleeping up to 6 plus a baby with a hot tub, built by Isambard Kingdom Brunel himself as he built the West Somerset Steam Railway. Lavender Barn is an impressive six bedroom barn conversion with access to private indoor pool and hot tub with a fantastic pub just a stroll away. All 6 bedrooms for 12 guests have luxury ensuite bathrooms and there is fully equipped kitchen / dining room. The lounge has large windows and doors letting in lots of light and access to the sheltered patio with wooden hot tub and outdoor seating. Great added entertainment with plasma TV, wifi, ipod dock, games room with pool table, football table, games consoles and cinema area. A wonderful property for a family or friends get together.

All prices include a welcome hamper and luxuries including Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy towels, flowers, cosy bathrobes and toiletries and great wifi!

All properties are close to local pubs and attractions such as Wookey Hole and Bristol Zoo, although you may find it hard to leave once you have arrived! Hikers will enjoy exploring the beautiful Quantock Hills wth its heathland, oak woodland, ancient parkland and attractive villages.
