Underfloor heating keeps the treehouse cosy all year round whilst the wood burning fireplace offers extra heat and that touch of romance.

Outside you can relax on your private terrace area which can be accessed through the floor to ceiling windows in the main living area. Whilst here be sure to explore the many footpaths through the woodland that lead you to a clearing at the top of the site and offer you gorgeous rural views with the chance to see a multitude of wildlife.

Locally there is plenty to do with the Cotswolds offering an abundance of villages to visit, whilst Oxford itself offers its prestigious university, Carfax Tower and a Botanical Garden to explore.
