Description

Retreat to the South West and enjoy a stay in a luxurious home with private courtyard close to Torquay harbour for up to 6 guests.

The house is set over 3 floors and has been decorated with feature wall colours and wallpapers and offers a mixture of contemporary and more traditional styles. The ground floor has a spacious open plan living area that stretches all the way from the front to the back of the property and houses a lounge with designer leather sofas as well as a contemporary glass dining table. The kitchen here has all you could need to cook up a delicious feast and prides itself on its Smeg appliances and Bosch oven and microwave - only the best for this property. The kitchen has access out onto a private courtyard with its light blue fencing and variety of plants, where you could be forgiven for imagining yourself sat abroad. There is also a handy cloakroom on this floor with WC and sink.

The first floor is home to a double bed with views over the courtyard and comes with its own TV. There is also a twin bedroom on this floor which is ideal for the kiddies as well as a family bathroom. Up on the top floor is the beautiful master bedroom which runs the whole width and length of the property. It has a gorgeous wooden bed plus a sofa so you have a choice of places from where to watch the TV. This room also benefits from its own en-suite shower room.

Whilst here you can enjoy time spent in the beautiful garden, an ideal place to sit with a drink or a book. When it comes to the local area there is a plethora of things to see and do. The Babbacombe Theatre is just a short car drive away whilst the Princess Theatre can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. If you prefer history to the arts then a trip to the Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves offers you an extensive labyrinth of caverns to explore. Meanwhile the area of Wellswood where the apartment is based, offers everything you could need including a delicious patisserie, delicatessen, wine bar and pub as well as a mini supermarket.

Children welcome. One dog welcome at an extra cost of £15 per night.

There is a minimum 2 nights stay in general with a minimum 7 night stay in July and August.
