Spacious shepherd's hut offers a romantic rural retreat for 2 guests on an 86 acre estate with countryside views near Tavistock.
The interior offers plenty of space with all the mod cons you could need to totally relax. At one end is a well equipped kitchen with full oven, hob, kettle and toaster with a breakfast bar where you can perch with your morning coffee. The living area has a comfy sofa set in front of the large double doors which you can open so you can take in the view. Alternatively pop on the TV and catch up with your favourite programme. At the other end of the hut is a spacious bedroom with feature wallpaper and a sliding door access to the contemporary shower room.
Outside the hut you can enjoy dining al fresco using the fire pit as a BBQ to cook up your favourite foods, served alongside a chilled bottle of your favourite tipple from the wine fridge.
Locally you can find the historic town of Tavistock just a 5 minute drive away which offers a range of cafes, shops and an award winning gastro pub. If you wish to work up a hunger beforehand then a stroll through Dartmoor National Park is a wonderful way to see some sights and earn a well deserved meal.
