Retreat to the countryside and enjoy a rural and fun stay in this stunning location near Le Mans. Set within 17 acres of natural meadows and woodlands, The Llama Valley as the locals lovingly call it, offers you a chance to get away from everyday life and yes, you've guessed it, get to spend some time nose to nose with some llamas. Add in some Belle Tents and a gorgeous rustic lodge, plus of course une boteille de vin rouge and life can't get any better!

The gorgeous Llama Lodge comes with its own history, once being an ancient wine press and offers a romantic retreat for two! Inside you can find a double bedroom, kitchenette and shower room, plus it benefits from its own private garden. Please note there is a steep staircase in this property so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

The beautiful Belle Tents offer framed double beds with luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. These can be suitable for a romantic stay for 2 or a family holiday for 4/5. Glampers here have use of shared outdoor kitchen facilities plus a shared shower and toilet facilities area.

When you aren't busy out exploring this stunning area, you can enjoy cooling off in the refreshing outdoor 26 metres swimming pool, try your hand at the PS4 games in the Games Room or simply enjoy eating al fresco at the communal picnic table area. Plus children will love the Llama Farmer Course where they can learn all about basic animal husbandry or simply help out at feeding time!

Locally there is plenty to see and do! If you are a budding wine connoisseur then a visit to one of the many wine caves is a must! Alternatively the sporty amongst you may prefer to hire a bike, go horse-riding or even enjoy some water sports at the neighbouring towns! Of an evening you can return to the site, sit back and enjoy the clear night sky with (yet another) glass of vin rouge!

There is a 3-night minimum stay, with a 4 night minimum stay in August. Prices range from £75 - £125 per night.

Please note the site is only open from 1st April to 30th September. There are also 2 (less quirky) rooms in The Old Barn - one has a king-size bed and the second has a twin/triple which are available all year round. These rooms are sold on a nightly stay basis with prices starting at around 60 euros per night.
