Situated within the beautiful surrounds of Anjou, Loire Valley, this charming 17th century manor house sleeps up to 14+5 guests and offers a stunning home filled with character and beauty.

Just a short drive from some of the Loire’s most historic towns and cities and surrounded by the sweeping vineyards of one of France’s most popular wine producing regions, this classic French home is simply idyllic. A huge, well maintained garden frames the house with a beautiful heated swimming pool and pergola at its centre. Fun is never far away in this garden with a trampoline, boules, table tennis and badminton just some of the activities on offer, whilst various terraces and outdoor lounges provide the perfect spot for relaxing or al fresco dining.

Inside, stone walls, wooden beams and rustic fireplaces offer plenty of original character whilst modern furnishings and technology bring the house right up to the present day. There are two parts to this amazing country abode, the main Manoir house offering a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen and sleeps 8 in four beautifully appointed bedrooms, three doubles and a twin, with the master bedroom boasting a small gym and four poster bed. Three further bedrooms (sleeping a total of 6) are found in the adjoining cottage (large gite), where you’ll find a small living room and kitchen, a king size bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom.

There is an additional smaller gite for up to three further guests (not suitable for small children or mobility impaired due to external staircase access), the rental for this being separate and upon request only plus 2 extra single beds can be arranged, one in the twin bedroom in the manoir and 1 in the large gite.

The interiors are a mixture of modern and vintage with a lot of Rock and music memorabilia including a vintage Juke Box in the Main house (currently for display only) and small private disco in the Big Gite. The house also contains many Russian/Soviet artefacts, the owner has spent many years in the entertainment business and worked in Russia which is reflected in the quirky house interior. SPA opening in 2022!

There is a minimum 7 night stay with Saturday arrivals. Children welcome but please take note that some parts of the house may be unsuitable for very young children. No pets. Pool open from mid-May until mid-September and is one depth throughout.

Price per night ranges from €499-€999. The house is closed from early November - Easter but is open for Christmas and New Year bookings at a price of €6995 for a weekly stay. The cost of the small gite for up to 3 extra guests costs €1500 per week and an extra single bed costs €500. Enjoy a special Christmas or New Year here with Christmas decorations and tree, wood for a cosy fire plus a special Christmas hamper with selection of fine wine and beer plus a gift voucher for the local bar worth €50!
