Sat next to an open pond this eco glamping pod with mezzanine level bedroom offers a tranquil stay for 2 adults close to Leighton Buzzard.

The pod is clad in cedar wood and is off grid but has solar power to provide lighting and support all appliances. Downstairs there is a lovely bright open plan living space with comfy sofa that sits opposite a romantic wood-burner, the perfect place for snuggles with your loved one whilst relaxing with a book or listening to the radio. There is a well equipped kitchenette with gas hob so you can cook up a simple but delicious meal, which you can enjoy at the pull out table and chairs inside or on your side terrace. When tiredness strikes, climb the rustic spiral staircase to your mezzanine area where you can enjoy a great night's sleep on a comfy double bed or enjoy the views through the port hole window. The pod's bathroom with shower is on the ground floor.

Outside you can sit on your private terrace with your favourite drink in hand taking in the sights and sounds of nature around the pond or toast some marshmallows on the fire pit. Locally you can take a walk to Rushmere Country Park which offers forest walks, a visitor centre and a cafe as well as lakes to explore. If you are a runner, then you will enjoy taking park in their organised Parkrun every Saturday. After exploring the park, take a stroll to one of the nearby local pubs for a delicious lunch. The Three Locks has a canalside location whilst The Old Red Lion has a delightful beer garden with countryside views.
