Mill Cottage is a charming 2 bedroom cottage with exposed timber rafters & original stone walls, set in the quiet village of Marldon on Devon's south coast, just three miles away from Torbay's stunning beaches & towns.

The property has a bright and spacious open plan living area, there is a smart TV with DVD player for those times you just want to chill out and snuggle up to your loved ones on the sofa. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining area with seating for four.

There are 2 bedrooms within the property one with double four posted bed and ensuite bathroom, plus access through French doors to outside. The second bedroom has twin beds, making Mill Cottage perfect for a family staycation. There is also a separate family bathroom with WC & shower cubicle.

Outside there is a dining area with seating for four, plus a communal courtyard that features a pond and fountain, with additional garden furniture & BBQ. There is also a communal laundry room which is shared with the other cottages on site with coin operated washing machine & tumble dryer.

Mill Cottage is in an ideal location, close to the wonderful beaches of Goodrington & Preston, ideal for a family day out. The Dartmoor National Park is also nearby where you can spend the day exploring the vast moorland.

Children welcome. Up to 2 dogs welcome at an extra cost of £25 each per week.
