Retreat to the South West and enjoy a stay in a luxurious town house with private hot tub set within an historic villa in the seaside town of Torquay. Sleeping up to 5 guests it is great for 2 couples or a family stay.

The town house is set over 3 floors and has been decorated with neutral tones that are complimented with original artwork and unusual antiques throughout. The lower level houses the kitchen diner, which is equipped with all mod cons and leads out onto the terrace outside where you can sit in comfort enjoying your morning cuppa or afternoon tipple. If the weather isn't being kind then there is a casual dining area in the kitchen where you can eat.

A winding staircase leads you to the main floor where the main entrance to the house can also be found. There is a wonderful bright and airy sitting room here with unique decor including original shutters and luxury sofa. Relax by watching the TV or take in the garden views through the large windows before heading through to the study area with feature bookshelf style wallpaper, the ideal location to read a newspaper or catch up on a spot of work. There is also a more formal dining room on this floor.

Upstairs you can discover the 3 bedrooms with a gorgeous master bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite with fabulous large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a super king size bed that can be turned into twin beds - thus ideal for a couple or 2 children whilst the final room is a single room. There is also a family bathroom on this floor with bath and separate shower.

Outside you can chill out in the bubbles of the hot tub or simply sit and take in the warm sunshine on your face from the comfort of the lounge style corner sofa. There is also a jungle hideaway area in the garden that kids of all ages will love exploring.

Whilst here you can enjoy time spent in the beautiful garden, an ideal place to sit with a drink or a book. When it comes to the local area there is a plethora of things to see and do. The Babbacombe Theatre is just a short car drive away whilst the Princess Theatre can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. If you prefer history to the arts then a trip to the Prehistoric Caves offers you an extensive labyrinth of caverns to explore. Alternatively the wilderness of Dartmoor is just a short drive away and offers a wonderful day away from it all.

Meanwhile the area of Wellswood where the apartment is based, offers everything you could need including a delicious patisserie, delicatessen, wine bar and pub as well as a mini supermarket.

Children welcome. One dog welcome at an extra cost of £12 per night.

There is a minimum 2 nights stay in general with a minimum 7 night stay in July and August.
