Traditional Mongolian Yurt sleeps 2+2, on a unique eco friendly camping site set in a peaceful field and woodland surroundings in North Yorkshire, near the North York Moors National Park and the Heritage Coast.
Myrtle is a wooden yurt, with a kingsize bed, well suited to a romantic stay for 2 but with the option of adding up to two camp beds for children. It has camp kitchen facilities and a wood-burning stove for cosiness. Outside you can relax on the decking, making full use of the outdoor seating area and firepit. There are communal toilets and showers just a short stroll from the yurt.
A range of holistic therapies are available including Aromatherapy massage, Psychotherapy and Counselling, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Thai Yoga Massage, Osho Tarot reading, Meditation and Past Life Regression. Activities include an amazing choice of bush-craft and re-wilding workshops for adults and children such as fire and shelter building, greenwood carving, axe throwing, archery, woodland knowledge and campfire cooking all on site in Baby Moon Wood. Other activities include seasonal crafts, felting and treasure hunts.
One night stays are permitted from October - March with a minimum 2 night stay from April - September.

Do you supply linen and towels?We don't currently supply them so ask that you bring your own.
What should I bring with me?Suitable shoes, slippers, toiletries, drinks and food.
Is parking next to the accommodation?No but you can use a wheel barrow to transport your luggage to your accommodation.
Are campfires permitted?Yes this is central to your experience and we sell wood for £5 a sack.
Is there wifi?There is no access to electric sockets or wifi in the property. There is a mobile signal though and weak wifi can be found at reception.
Is there a restaurant on site?There isn't a restaurant but the reception offers a basic shop and cafe area plus we offer simple vegetarian breakfasts to order.
