Sleeping up to 2 guests, Oak Shepherds Hut is a beautifully hand crafted hut set in an old meadow of wild flowers, close to Totnes and the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Inside Oak Shepherd's Hut you can keep warm with the wood-burning stove and get a great nights sleep in the luxury king sized bed with Egyptian cotton bed linen. There is a fully equipped kitchen with foldaway breakfast bar plus 2 chairs and a generous sized bathroom with double walk-in power shower, sink & toilet within the hut. The interior is surprisingly spacious and has been beautifully finished with designer fabrics, made-to-measure furnishings and bespoke fittings.

Outside on your private terrace you can sit back & relax on the sun loungers or double hammock, dine outside with BBQ plus outdoor dining area with parasol, and after a busy day take a well deserved soak in the wood-fired spa bath (their take on a hot tub) followed by some yummy marshmallows roasted on the fire pit.

There is also a communal games barn where you can unleash your competitive side and enjoy some table tennis, chess or table football!

Oak Shepherd's Hut is located just 1 mile away from the charming riverside village of Dittisham, which is known as one of the best places for crabbing in Devon! The town of Dartmouth is just a short 10 minute drive away where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants & shops. You can also explore the 15th century Dartmouth Castle and the gorgeous little beachside coves before taking a stroll along the National Trust Little Dartmouth coastal path. For a fun family day out Woodlands Family Theme Park offers a great selection of rides, attractions and animals to see for all ages.

Up to 2 small or 1 large well behaved dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £50 each per stay.

There is a 3 or 7 night stay with Friday arrival and a 4 or 7 night stay with Monday arrival.

On-site parking is available plus electric car charging points.
