The interior of the property has an upside down layout with the main living area sat on the top floor. Here, the huge open plan space offers comfy sofas for TV viewing, a gorgeous arm chair placed to take in the sea views and a hidden drinks cabinet. When it comes to dining the large wooden table with suede chairs offers comfort for hours of socialising, whilst the kitchen alongside ensures the chef doesn't get left out of proceedings. With all the mod cons you could need including 2 Smeg ovens, a fabulous kitchen island and views over the horizon, people will be fighting over whose turn it is to cook next!

At the end of the day, you can retreat to the cosy snug alongside the living space, where you will discover state of the art cinema room facilities. So grab the popcorn and snuggle up with your loved ones for some chill out time. Alternatively, if you need to catch up on some work, or would just like some peace and quiet, the soundproofed glass walled office, will let you do just that.

When it comes to sleeping, the majority of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, with the exception of the spacious upstairs room that holds 4 single beds - ideal for the children of the group. There is also a modern shower room on this floor. Down the wooden stairs, past the magnificent picture window, you will find the 4 king size bedrooms, two of which have their own en-suites and access to the outside terrace which houses the hot tub! So whether you wish to start the day in bubbles or end it with bubbles and a sunset, the choice is yours!

If you can bear to tear yourself away from this luxurious property, then the small town of Pendine offers you sandy beaches, typical fish and chip restaurants and the National Trust Ragwen Point walk, which crosses the beach and offers views of an Iron Age hill-fort and medieval remains.
