A detached holiday cottage for 5 guests within the South Hams offers impressive views over the Dart Estuary.

The cottage consists of bright sunny rooms throughout, with a modern fully equipped kitchen leading onto a beautiful dining room with bi-fold doors that lead out to a terrace area with stunning views and al fresco dining area where you can enjoy a simple drink or a lovely meal. The living room also benefits from views over the estuary and has a simple calming decor with an open fire for those chilly evenings, plus a TV and DVD player for your evening entertainment. There is also a double /twin bedroom on the ground floor plus a modern shower room. Upstairs you can discover the master bedroom with Bateau style double bed, plus a single bedroom and a second bathroom, this one with a bathtub.

The cottage offers a fully enclosed rear garden, front garden and a terrace, so plenty of space to enjoy the views and fresh Devonshire air. Children will love the space to kick a ball whilst adults can stoke up the BBQ and enjoy a spot of summer cooking.

Penveron Cottage is close to the centre of the unspoilt village, Dittisham, where there are plenty of shops and 2 pubs with friendly atmospheres. Just 5 miles away is the historic town of Dartmouth where there is plenty to do for everyone in the group/ family. The nearest beach to the property is Blackpool Sands with the closest sandy beach being Slapton Sands. If you like surfing, then just 45 minutes in the car would take you to Bigbury-on-Sea. Boats can be rented from the nearby quay.

Children welcome but no pets. Travel cot and stairgate are available upon request. Free wifi. Please note there are steep steps up to this property. Paid parking is available nearby.

Minimum 3 nights stay. In summer holidays (June - August inclusive) there is a minimum 7 night stay with Friday arrivals.
