Originally an old pipe wagon, this stylish and spacious property offers views over the Rother Valley and sleeps up to 4 guests in Northiam.

The wagon offers a double bedroom and bunk bed room, so is ideal for families. There is a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, kettle and toaster plus a cosy living area with sofa, wall mounted TV and dining table. Of a morning awaken your senses in the modern shower room before stepping outside the front door where, with cuppa in hand, you can put your feet up and enjoy the wonderful view of the passing trains and the surrounding Rother Valley. Of an evening you can light the BBQ and enjoy dining al fresco at the picnic bench.

Within 1/2 mile you can find multiple great places to eat, relax and enjoy the countryside. The White Hart has a great traditional pub menu to suit everybody, whether it's a chilly winters day sat by the open fire or a glorious summers evening soaking up the sunset from the beautiful pub garden. The Lime Wharf Cafe offers a great breakfast and lunch menu from Tapas to Burgers and fantastic BBQ and live band evenings most weekends!
