The ground floor is comprised of a spacious kitchen with doors to the breakfast room/conservatory where you can enjoy garden views. There is a gorgeous sitting room with wood burning stove and exposed brickwork and beams plus an historic looking dining room and a study/TV room with gas fire. Attached to the main Farm house via the first floor, is the Annexe. On this first floor level is a double bedroom with a double bed that can convert into 2 single beds and from here you can access a twin bedroom and a shower room.
The space outside the property is just as wonderful as the interior space with a south facing spacious lawn; the perfect place for ball games, a lake 200 yards away from the house, landscaped gardens to admire, a large cobbled courtyard, a games barn with table tennis, table football and a dartboard, plus a covered Bothy for outside entertaining.
