The ground floor of the property offers a useful utility area with space for beach gear as well as access to the back garden. There is also a beautiful double bedroom here with garden access and washroom. Up on the first floor you can discover the main living space with open plan living and dining area with a coastal theme running throughout with use of natural driftwood and beach decor. The dining area leads through to the well equipped kitchen which offers plenty of storage for your tasty treats. Up on the second floor you can discover the remaining two bedrooms - a master with views out to sea and a spacious twin bedroom. The family bathroom with bath and shower above is located here too.

When it comes to outside space you can choose to relax on your front balcony taking in the sea views or head out back to the garden area...start at the terrace with crazy paving and follow the path that leads onto a secret hidden garden through a gorgeous wrought iron fence. Here you can enjoy dining al fresco or simply hide away with a good book.

Locally you can enjoy freshly caught fish in one of the many restaurants in Brixham before taking a stroll along the South West coastal path. Literary fans will enjoy a visit to Agatha Christie's summer home whilst fun seekers will love a day out at Paignton Pier.
