Handcrafted with love, Robin the Shepherds Hut with wood fired hot tub offers a romantic stay for 2 near Uttoxeter. The owner has put a lot of thought into creating a special place with cooking cabin, welcome hamper, firepit and lovely rural outlook.

The hut stays warm and cosy with good insulation and a woodburning stove for those chilly days. There is a comfortable king size bed for relaxing on and you can pop on the USB radio to listen to some music or simply catch up on some reading. The en-suite bathroom has a modern composting loo, gas shower and sink.

Outside you can find your cooking facilities with cook hut offering you a gas hob, cool box, kettle and sink. Water is available from a stand-pipe outside, perfect for that morning cuppa. Here you can enjoy dining al fresco before slipping into the warmth of the wood fired hot tub, taking in the rural view, where you can spot wildlife aplenty.

To reach the hut, you have to take a short stroll through the garden and over a small bridge, where the babbling brook will instantly relax you. Once here a welcome hamper which includes homemade cake and biscuits plus tea, coffee and hot chocolate offers a great start to your stay. Local produce and cooked breakfast items are also supplied! If you want a real treat then be sure to order extra hampers for your stay!

Alternatively, should you prefer choose not to have the use of the hot tub during your stay;

'Bed and Breakfast Basis' is available instead for the same price.

Breakfast can be a basket hamper delivered to your door or a full cooked 'Staffordshire Breakfast' can be enjoyed in the B&B; dining room.

Locally,only 5 minutes away a 'Gin experience/school' and distillery, Golf course, in the Uttoxeter (home to Uttoxeter Racecourse), you will find Cinebowl,an ice rink, several traditional town pubs, couple of Micro Bars and usual eating houses.Manor Golf Course-5 minutes. You can have a fun day out at Alton Towers or a more relaxing stroll around Dimmings Dale, or Blithfield Reservoir, or maybe head over to Doxey Marshes. Stoke on Trent is just a half hour car ride away and offers Theatres, Emma Bridgewater and Museums,Trenthan Monkey Forest and Shopping Village plus the beautiful Longton Park. Cannock Chase is less than half hour offers Go-Ape, Segway and cycle trails, annual 'Forest Live' concerts and nearby in 'Great Haywood' you can while away the time by the picturesque Trent and Mersey Canal ( narrow boat hire available)...and of course The Peak Distrct National Park is less than an hour a scenic drive away.

To include local products and produce,(contents may vary subject to product availability), a freshly baked loaf, pint of milk and 1/2 dozen local free-range eggs.

Homemade cake/biscuits and tea/coffee on arrival.
Please let us know your eta so the wood burner can be lit and your tea tray in place.
