Fabulous modern home in an idyllic setting just a short distance from the famous Newquay beaches offers gorgeous sea views and a great space for up to 10 guests to enjoy in the tranquil area of Watergate Bay.

The house is a wonderful mixture of modern design with quirky pieces thrown in to the mix to create a truly unique property. The house has an upside down plan with a huge open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the first floor making the most of the sea views. The space has a blue decor with a stunning brick feature fire place that offers entertainment including a Smart TV with Sky sports and Bose surround sound system as well as wifi. The open plan kitchen diner has all mod cons as well as a fabulous central island and a large dining table for 10 with feature art work. From this space you can open up the bifolding doors to let the fresh Cornish air breeze through before heading outside to your decking area with comfy seating and hot tub for 8 guests.

When it comes to sleeping there are 4 bedrooms plus a fabulous cinema style TV room with additional sleeping for 2. All the bedrooms feature stylish cedarwood cladding and have large windows for a bright and airy space. The blue theme continues here and reminds you of the different colours of the sky and sea throughout the seasons. All bedrooms have their own en-suite shower room with the master bedroom having the added luxury of a bathtub.

Locally you can take a stroll to the beach and enjoy its 2 miles of golden sand or visit the nearby drive in cinema. Alternatively take a short drive down the coast to the metropolitan town of Newquay with its world famous surfing, zoo and aquarium - great fun for all ages.

Children welcome. One dog welcome at a charge of £25 each per week.

Minimum 7 night stay with Sunday arrival April - October inclusive. All other times of year there is a minimum 7 night stay with anyday arrival. Please book in advance for this very popular property!
