Rye Windmill

Rye's white smock windmill is a grade II listed building and one of the town's most famous landmarks. Standing on the banks of the river Tillingham, this welcoming Bed and Breakfast is ideally located with the town and Strand Quay, with all its shops, restaurants, tearooms and pubs, just a two minute walk away.

Rooms for 2 start at £80 a night, with a 2-night minimum stay over a weekend to include a Saturday night. Rooms in the windmill start from £135 a night for a 2 night midweek stay and from £150 if a single night stay. Some rooms have river views. All prices include a cooked breakfast. Ask for single supplement rates. Small well behaved dogs are welcome for a £5 charge in the ground floor rooms. Children can only be accommodated from 12 and over due to the nature of the facilities.
