Scaldersitch Farm

Set within the Peak District, just 1 mile from Hartington Village is Scaldersitch Farm offering boutique glamping in 3 unique tipis (sleep 2-4) and 2 yurts (sleeps 2-5). There is also an exclusive use option based on a minimum of 26 guests which offers the whole boutique camping location to be booked as a whole.

Enjoy exploring the Peak District on the many scenic footpaths from just outside of the farm. Within a 20 minute walk you can reach a selection of good pubs, village shops and a farm shop.

Facilities include washrooms, converted from the old diary, with toilets and wet room style shower rooms. The Cartshed Barn Kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cooking and serving equipment including a dinning table with seating. There is also a Wellness Yurt with talented therapists ensuring you have a comfortable and relaxing luxury experience. Please pre-book. Treatments starting from £30.

Hidden in the corner of the meadow is Whispering Trees Tipi (sleeps 2-4). This has unusual teak root furniture, cosy faux fur throws and cushion plus the fairy lights and the woodburning stove provide a warm, comforting glow inside the tipi. Outside there is a private wood fired hot tub. Prices start from £145 per night.

The Hartington Tipi's design hints at country luxury including British wool throws, tweed and leather. Step outside and enjoy views across the meadow and over the Peak District hills beyond. Sleeps up to 4 guests. New for 2019 a wood fired hot tub! Prices start from £145 per night.

The Hygge Tipi has bedding for 2-4 guests, a private outdoor seating area with beautiful views and a wood fired hot tub. The interior has Scandi inspired furnishings and offers beautiful colours and textures. Prices start from £145 per night.

Cuckoo Yurt is great for families and can sleep up to 5 guests. The maximum bedding arrangement is a double bed and 3 single beds. Simple meals can be cooked in the the wood burning stove oven. Enjoy the countyside views from the outdoor seating and hot tub. The yurt is also the closest to the washroom facility. Prices start from £145 per night.

Woodpecker Yurt is great for couples with a handmade rustic king size bed, cosy woodburner and a relaxing and romantic traditional wood fired hot tub! It can sleep up to 3 people so if you have a baby or little one a cot or single bed can be supplied. Prices start from £130 per night.

Each of the accommodations have featherdown duvets, crisp white linens, fluffy towels, bath robes for the adults, tea and coffee making facilities as well as a woodburning stove to keep the canvas properties cosy during the colder evenings.

The Exclusive Use option is available over weekends, and also for 2 or 4 night midweek stays. The large dining table and cooking facilities can accommodate up to 26 people.

OPEN FROM THE END OF MARCH UNTIL BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER. No arrivals on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Minimum stay 2 nights. £100 deposit is required.
