Shimoda is an impressive seafront property with luxurious decor & spectacular sea views located in Sidmouth. Sleeping up to 8 people this house makes the ideal family getaway.

On the ground floor there is a beautifully decorated living area, with sliding doors leading out to the terrace and garden, plenty of seating, a fireplace to keep you warm & cosy and Smart TV to keep you entertained. A large fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up some delicious food and features granite worktops, breakfast bar with seating and an Aga. There is a separate dining area with a beautiful solid oak table with seating for eight guests plus excellent views and access to the terrace.

On the first floor you can find the bedrooms. The master & second bedroom both have queen size beds, en-suites and access to the balcony with seating to take in the sea views -a perfect way to start the day. The third bedroom also has its own en-suite and is furnished with twin beds whilst the fourth bedroom has 2ft 6'' bunk beds- ideal for the children.

Outside there is an amazing large private, lawned garden with spectacular views of Sidmouth's bay, with plenty of outdoor seating & dining area to make the most of the fresh sea air whilst taking in the views. You can enjoy some al-fresco dining with the BBQ & roast some marshmallows of an evening over the fire-pit.

Sidmouth's Victorian promenade is less than a five minute's walk away from Shimoda, an ideal spot for a morning stroll. There are plenty of boutique shops, cafes & restaurants to explore in the town of Sidmouth, or simply enjoy the day at the beach! If you fancy something a bit different, pay a visit to Sidmouth Museum which features displays of Jurassic Coast fossils plus weekly guided town & geology walks.

Jan-Oct minimum of 7 night stay with Saturday arrival. Nov-Dec anyday arrivals except Fridays with minimum of 2 night stay.
