Located on a family run rare breed pig farm with stunning views near Honiton in South Devon near the Jurassic Coast you can find 4 modern cottages and 1 accessible ground floor apartment that sleep 2-6 people and offer a great base for family and friend groups looking to holiday together! Be sure to book a session in the hot tub for that extra relaxation!

The 4 cottages come with fully equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, digital TV's, DVD player and free Wifi. The Cider Barrel sleeps 6 and is very modern in design with 3 bedrooms and a bright airy feel to it. The Granary sleeps 4/5 and is a converted barn with ramp accessibility for those with young children or those who need one level accommodation. The large windows in the lounge have lovely views out over the surrounding countryside. Inglenook has been named after its gorgeous fireplace and is traditional in style but with a spacious feel. It sleeps 3+2 (with space for a cot or single bed) and is located within the farmhouse. Finally the Hay Loft which sleeps 2. This property is the penthouse of the cottages taking up the top floor of the original barn. It has a contemporary feel to it.

The ground floor apartment: The Sty, suits couples or friends as it can be arranged to have twin beds or a superking size bed. There is an accessible wet room plus roll top bath and simple kitchenette facilities. A z-bed can be added for a child so it can sleep 2+1 in total.

All properties are open all year round including Christmas and New Year and receive a complimentary welcome pack on arrival. If you would like to order a freshly cooked farmhouse breakfast platter to be delivered to your cottage then speak to the owners on arrival!

Locally there is plenty to do for all ages. Children will love the Donkey Sanctuary at Sidmouth whilst adults will enjoy the many National Trust properties in the area. The village of Beer has a lovely pebbled beach and rockpools too, just perfect for skimming stones or looking for crabs!

Alternatively stay on site and partake in a Pig Keeping Course where you will learn everything there is to know about these gorgeous creatures! (not available on weekends / peak times). These courses are tailormade to the client needs and can be discussed after booking.

Children will also love the play areas including the outdoor park with trampoline, slide and swing and indoor area with table tennis, board games and toys! Or why not follow the farm trail and try and spot the fairies, collect eggs or feed the pigs!

The hot tub can be booked at extra cost. This is situated in a separate garden for privacy. Cost per afternoon or evening session is £50 and can be arranged after booking.
