Perched high above the beach at Praa Sands this beautiful holiday home offers a peaceful stay with shimmering blue sea views near Newton. Sleeping up to 6 guests with children welcome, it suits a family or couples holiday on the South Cornwall coastline.

The property has a stylish yet cool decor with white, grey and blue being the predominant colours, reminiscent of the sea on a stormy day. There is an open plan living area with comfy sofas, flatscreen TV with Freeview and a warming woodburner, plus 2 comfy chairs that are faced towards the sea, the perfect place to enjoy your morning cuppa. The modern kitchen comes with a breakfast bar for 2, plus a dining area with access to the outside terrace. There is one king size bedroom on the ground floor and on the first floor a super king size bedroom with private balcony with sea views, plus a twin bedroom with views. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor with bathtub with shower over, plus a shower room on the first floor. There is an extra cloakroom with WC too.

Step outside onto your wonderful terrace and breath in the fresh Cornish sea area! This wonderful space offers not only your own private hot tub with sea views, but an al fresco dining area and BBQ, perfect for those balmy summer evenings.

Locally you can enjoy walking barefoot along the sandy beach or hike along the coastal route to nearby Trewavas Mine. If you are up for a challenge then try your hand at surfing, before heading to a local pub for lunch or alternatively enjoy a day of fun at Flambards Theme Park with its unique Victorian Village.

Children welcome. Up to 2 dogs welcome at a cost of £30 each per stay.

Minimum 2 night stay with anyday arrival (except Sunday). From April - August inclusive there is a minimum 7 night stay with Saturday arrival.
