Sunridge Lodge can be found hidden away in South West Devon amongst undulating hills and bubbling streams of Yealm Valley and sleeps 4 guests (or 5 with a guest on a floor futon bed). It has cutting edge technology, a cedar cladded hot tub with mood lighting and an entertainment hub!

The Lodge is a stylishly converted barn with quality interior, great for peace and tranquillity, where you can enjoy fishing on the private lake, making the most of the hand-built cedar cladded Australian heritage hot tub.

Originally built over 200 years ago the lodge has been modernised and renovated but retains stone walls, exposed beams and a solid oak and glass staircase. There is 1 double bedroom, 1 open plan mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds and a futon bed. There is one luxury bathroom with underfloor heating, mood lighting and a luxurious drench shower. A NEFF kitchen, plus contemporary dining and living area with log burner and underfloor heating complete the accommodation.You can't beat Sunridge Lodge for indoor entertainment. There is a flatscreen HD TV with XBox and a wide selection of movies in the living area plus HD Smart TV's in all bedroom areas too!

THE HUB

Just a few strides from the lodge, across your garden space, is a secluded home cinema/entertainment room. This offers lots of extra space for you to enjoy and has a state of the art 4K 3D Ultra HD projector, combined with the very latest Dolby Atmos sound system, you can enter the world of film in the most immersive way possible! The screen itself is enormous, spanning 5 meters in diameter. Why not grab some popcorn and kick back and relax with your favourite movies. With an XBOX ONE games console, Ultra HD blu-ray player and Smart Enabled 50 Inch HDTV with freeview, the hub is filled to the brim with AV gadgets! 4 sets of 3D glasses are included and a small selection of games and movies to get you started.

Theres also a retro arcade machine included in the HUB with over 4000 classic games to keep the kids entertained (or adults!). Complete with 2 stools you can battle out the classics in 2 player mode!

Even though this funky space doesn't house a toilet (for those wanting to spend an emergency penny), its only a short hop skip and a jump to the underfloor heated shower block and toilet nearby. On sunny days (fingers crossed), expansive patio doors can be opened up onto a generous decked area complete with garden bench and table. Here you can sit and relax in the sunshine, or seek dappled shade from the overhanging trees. For those guests just wanting to hide away from the world outside - close the blackout curtains and the projector will do the rest! The Air Con system will also keep you warm (or cool), depending on the elements!

Locally you can go walking or join horse-riding or a cookery course nearby. It is possible to book a fishing course for up to 8 people onsite at Sunridge. Alternatively visit the coast at Salcombe and walk along the beach or take a hike in the Dartmoor National Park.

Any day arrival with a minimum 2 night stay Sunday - Thursday and a minimum 3 night stay on Fridays and Saturdays. During school holidays there are Saturday arrivals only with a minimum 7 night stay.
