Sunridge Tree House

Sunridge Tree House is a luxury, cedar-cladded, quarry stone house hidden in the middle of a gorgeous private woodland near Yealmpton in Devon. This special treehouse gives you high-end luxury, including a hot tub, and sleeps between 1-6 guests.

There is a state-of-the-art German kitchen, vintage log burner, underfloor heating and 3D Home Cinema games room with Ultra HD projector, Xbox One and PS4. The interior is modern with large bi-fold doors that open out onto a generous decked area situated in the trees. Enjoy a meal in the dining area that looks out on the dappled light from the trees and the private carp fishing lake. You can sit and relax whilst browsing the internet with free WiFi, have a barbeque, dip in the hot tub or get cosy around the log burner. There is 1 double bedroom upstairs with en-suite wet room plus a twin bedroom. There is another bathroom with free-standing bath and mood lighting for a relaxing soak. Downstairs in the games room there are 2 unfoldable single beds.

Located in the South West of Devon, Sunridge Treehouse is close to Salcombe coast and Dartmoor National Park...but you may find it hard to leave the treehouse at all. If you do manage it then take a trip to one of the many local villages that will offer you the traditional afternoon tea of scones, jam and clotted cream! Afterwards enjoy a walk along one of the many beautiful beaches along the Devonshire coast line or take a climb up to Haytor Rocks on the edge of Dartmoor. .

Priced between £1695-£2695 per week with shorter breaks of a minimum 3 nights possible with nightly price from £300/£350 depending on numbers. Parties of 6 adults are from £350/£400 a night with a 2/3 night min stay. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of £50 per pet per stay. Fishing can be arranged on site and is an extra charge.
