The Artist's Studio is a stunning ground floor accommodation for 2. Once it was a farm cottage and now it is perfect for a rural, romantic retreat. The building is set on a hill side and is surrounded by luscious fields and woodland in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where you can often spot deer, badgers and other wildlife.

This beautifully decorated Studio apartment with central heating consists of an open plan modern kitchen/dining/siting room along with a king size bed. You can sit & relax around the wood burning stove whilst looking out to the tranquil rolling Devon hills. There is a separate bathroom with shower, bath and underfloor heating.

Outside is a delightful south facing terrace with loungers ideal for relaxing in the sunshine and also a BBQ to enjoy on those long Summer evenings. There is also a balcony with seating & table, perfect to sit & enjoy your morning cuppa and relax in the tranquility.

The local area is great for bird watching, walking, cycling, playing golf and fishing. The coastline is under 15 minutes away, ideal for a sunny day trip to the beach.

Wilmington is the local village (2 miles away), here there is a pub and hotel with a restaurant if you want to have a meal out. A 15 minute drive away is Honiton, a Georgian market town that was once famous for lace making, where you can find a number of individual shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The Cathedral city of Exeter is a 30 minute drive away and is a great location for a day trip during your stay and contains an airport.

The Artist's Studio is not suitable for young children. Off street parking for 1 car is available. No pets.
