Gorgeous thatched studio cottage set in the grounds of a 15th century Yeoman's Hall House offers a romantic getaway with access to an outdoor swimming pool, games room, gym and fire pit, near Bethersden.

The cottage has a well designed open plan interior with cosy lounge and wall mounted TV, space saving pull down dining area and modern kitchen with concrete worktops. Behind this sits your comfortable king size bed with comfy chair and views out over the garden and up to the unique thatched roof interior. A great open wardrobe gives you plenty of space to store your belongings. The en-suite wetroom has a large walk in shower with rainfall shower head ideal for invigorating you at the start of the day or washing you down after working up a sweat in the onsite gym.

Outside you can sit down on your comfy chairs in your screened garden, taking in the sights and sounds of nature around you. In summer the pool is open up to 2pm so be sure to get a good swim in before heading out to the local pub for a delicious lunch.

Locally there is plenty to see and do including a trip to the 14th century Godington House, or stroll around Hole Park Gardens. Foodies will delight in the organic Perry Court Farm shop whilst train fans will enjoy a ride on a vintage steam train on the Kent & East Sussex Railway line.

Just a 90 minute drive from central London this truly offers an ideal break for city dwellers looking for a rural escape.
