There are bi-fold doors across the length of the frontage, meaning the property has plenty of natural light coming in for those darker months & in the warmer months perfect for bringing the outside in. The bedroom area has a 5' king-size bed with a well designed curtain hiding plenty of storage space, plus there is a separate bathroom with bath & overhead shower. There is underfloor heating throughout the property to keep you warm & toasty.

To the outside of The Garden Room is a stunning secluded south-west facing garden, with a BBQ and seating area for al-freso dining plus an amazing hot-tub.

The Garden Room is located in the charming village of Westmeston, an ancient Norman village with plenty of history, within walking distance to two pubs & ideal for exploring the beautiful countryside with a footpath from the doorstep leading to the South Downs. The vibrant city of Brighton is just a 20 minute drive away, ideal for a day trip to it's famous beach & pier, along with plenty of shops, restaurants & bars.

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome at a small additional charge. Parking available for two cars. A travel cot & highchair are available on request.
