The Manor House is a spectacular, self catering property with private hot tub for up to 13 guests located on a private Hamlet which dates back over 400 years, near the beautiful seaside town of Looe in Cornwall.

The property is beautifully furnished in a traditional manner throughout and is combined of the West Wing & the East Wing which flow naturally as one grand residence.

In the East Wing, there are 3 bedrooms including 2 king sized bedrooms and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus a separate family bathroom. There is a large stunning lounge area which features an open fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining room with a leafed tabletop which converts into an amazing snooker table. A bright and airy conservatory room with feature stone wall is the ideal spot for an afternoon nap.

In the West Wing, there are 2 king sized bedrooms, a bunk bed room and a master bedroom with en-suite plus a family bathroom. There is an impressive fully equipped kitchen/dining room and a gorgeous large drawing room which features an open fireplace - the ideal place for curling up with a good book. A sun lounging conservatory and 2 cloakrooms complete this wing.

There is a large terrace with modern garden furniture for you to sit out & soak up the sunshine and you can enjoy al fresco dining with the BBQ. Of an evening a relaxing soak in the hot tub followed my tasty marshmallows over the fire pit is the ideal way to end the day. If you're feeling competitive you can play a game of outdoor chess, table football, badminton or even boules!

The Manor House is furnished as a Private Home for the Owner with Antiques and Objet d’Arts and should therefore be treated with care and respect at all times.

Just a short mile walk away from The Manor House, along a country footpath, you can discover the local village of Pelynt with its excellent pub, 2 convenience shops and much more. Whilst staying here a trip to the historic fishing village of Looe is a must with its plethora of smuggler's coves and beaches. Bigger attractions nearby include the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and an abundance of National Trust properties to explore.

A maximum of 2 dogs allowed at an extra cost of £50 each per stay.

There is a minimum 3 night stay with Friday arrivals and minimum 4 night stay with Monday arrivals.
