Inside there are 3 bedrooms, one super king size, one king size with en-suite and one with twin beds that can be converted into a super king size bed if you'd rather (on request). All rooms have a flatscreen TV so there will never be any arguments about who wants to watch what! The living space offers a large modern kitchen with all mod cons with open plan dining area and a large lounge area with feature wall. This property has been decorated in a modern style and is light and airy due to the floor to ceiling windows in the lounge and kitchen allowing the sunlight to stream in. The wow factor hits you as soon as you open the door.

Perfectly situated overlooking Goodrington Sands; just outside Paignton on the English Riviera; the penthouse sits on one of Devon's best fine sandy beaches (lovely for paws or little feet). Goodrington is home to everything you need for a relaxing family escape to the coast. With the feel of a traditional seaside resort, colourful beach huts line Goodrington Sands, steam trains toot-toot their way along one of the UK’s most photographed stretches of coastline and visitors pedal their way around the boating lakes. You’ll also find Splashdown water park a short stroll away, and Paignton Zoo five minutes away by car. Further afield, the unique delights of Brixham, Torquay and Dartmouth are no more than 20 minutes away by car. You really are central to everything Torbay has to offer.

The Penthouse sleeps 6. The swimming pool is available all year and is heated from late May to early September. (Feel free to ask the exact dates if you are planning a trip in May or September). Free Wifi. A cot and highchair are also available free on request.

Pets are usually charged at £40 per week per dog.
