This lodge offers all you could need and more! With an open plan living area with 3 seater leather sofa, large snuggle chair plus an armchair there is plenty of space for everyone to chill out and relax. Whether you want to pop on the TV/DVD player or prefer to make use of the free Wifi, adults and children alike will not want for entertainment. There is a contemporary kitchen with all mod cons plus an oval dining table. There are 2 bedrooms, both with en suite facilities. Both have super kingsize beds, one of which can be split into twin beds, so suiting a family holiday or 2 couples staying together.

Outside the lodge you can relax on the decking with a cuppa or tipple in hand and plan your day. Alternatively sink into the bubbles of your ergonimically shaped hot tub and enjoy the starry night sky.

Take time out to chat to some of the many farm animals, including rare breed pigs, alpacas, goats, donkeys, shetland ponies, hens and bantams and explore the extensive farm land with puzzle trails, enchanted wood, jogging trail and lots of walks.

Explore the amazing Scottish Borders, with its lovely market towns, abbeys, art galleries, historic houses, restaurants and cafes. Beautiful beaches are less than an hour away. Further afield you can take a visit to Edinburgh which is just a 40 minute drive away. Here you can take a hike to Arthur's Seat, visit Edinburgh old town or castle, enjoy the World of Illusions museum or visit the beautiful Pentland Park with its 100km's of marked pathways. Alternatively visit one of the many local Farmer's markets, try your hand at mountain biking or take a day trip to the coast.

**The Ramsay has Category 2 Disabled Access, as defined by Visit Scotland. Equipment, such as toilet frame, shower chair, shower wheelchair are all available on request during the booking process and of course there is no additional charge. All the washbasins are wall mounted and all light switches are wheel chair accessible. You can drive your can right up to the wooden ramp to the front door entrance.
