The Roxbury is a boutique hotel with unique interior design, set amongst the Catskill Mountains. There are 28 rooms each with quirky, bold designs, including the Theme Studios which each have style inspired by movies, cartoons, and TV shows from the 1960s and 1970s.

The surrounding area of mountains, streams, lakes, valleys of the Catskills, as well as the town of Roxbury provide ample indoor and outdoor activities and attractions ranging from shopping and museum-hopping to snowboarding and water sports.

There are Kitchenette rooms, Studio Theme Rooms, Big King Themes, Suites, The Archaeologist’s Dig's - a stand-alone cottage, sleeping 6 guests, overflowing with hidden treasures, secret passageways and ancient themed decorations. The Digs was even filmed for television by The Discovery Channel’s Animal Planet network. The motel also has a Shimmer Spa, cocktail lounge plus meetings rooms.

Most weekends have 2 night minimum stays and most holiday weekends have 3 night minimum stays. Prices range between $90 for a studio room for a weekday night and $720 for a weekend-night occupancy in Archaeologist's Digs during high season.
