THE TENT is a unique hostel located in Munich and the most economical place to stay in the area. Meet travellers from all over the world in a laid-back atmosphere! The Tent is located in a green and calm park, only a 15 minutes tram-ride away from the city centre. It is accessible by public transport 24 hours a day and there is no curfew. Besides accommodation in a big tent there is a beautiful camping-ground.

Only open in the summer, The Tent has bunk beds in a large dormitory, or the economical option is a foam mattress on the floor. It is possible for larger parties to book the Group Tent for 15-26 people. The Tent is open from around 9 June until 5 October.

The cafeteria serves a low-cost breakfast and there is internet access, bike-rental, washing machines, table tennis, showers and a guest kitchen. Lockers are free, just bring your own lock.

Floor space is charged at around €7.50 or a bunk bed at €10.50. The Tent is non-profit and ecologically minded.
