The Manor House is a wonderful property that can be split into two wings, both with private hot tubs. The West Wing sleeps up to 8 guests on a private hamlet which dates back over 400 years, near the beautiful seaside town of Looe in Cornwall.

In the West Wing, there are 2 king sized bedrooms, a bunk bed room and a master bedroom with en-suite plus a family bathroom. There is an impressive blue fully equipped kitchen/dining room and a gorgeous large drawing room which features an open fireplace - the ideal place for curling up with a good book. A sun lounging conservatory and 2 cloakrooms complete this wing.

Outside there is a big terrace with modern garden furniture for you to sit out & soak up the sunshine whilst throwing a few sausages on the BBQ for a spot of al fresco dining. Of an evening a relaxing soak in the hot tub followed by tasty marshmallows over the fire pit is the ideal way to end the day. If you're feeling competitive you can play a game of outdoor chess, table football, badminton or even boules!

The Manor House is furnished as a Private Home for the Owner with Antiques and Objet d’Arts and should therefore be treated with care and respect at all times.

Just a short mile stroll away from The West Wing, along a country footpath, you can discover the nearby village of Pelynt with its excellent pub, 2 convenience shops and much more. Whilst staying here a trip to the historic fishing village of Looe is a must with its plethora of smuggler's coves and beaches. Larger attractions nearby include the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and an abundance of National Trust properties to explore.

A maximum of 1 dog allowed at an extra cost of £50 per stay.

There is a minimum 3 night stay with Friday arrivals and minimum 4 night stay with Monday arrivals.
