FAQs

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry no. Our site is a sensitive wildlife refuge and we have farm animals.

Will my phone work?

Yes.

Is there wi-fi?

No. The site has no wi-fi. 4g does work here on a few networks.

Can I charge small items?

Yes. There is an electric charging unit in the campers barn.

How far is the sea?

6 miles to our nearest beach. There are over 25 beaches within easy reach (less than 20 min drive).

Can I drive to Tiny Home?

No. The site is car free to enhance the enjoyment and safety for everyone. Parking is about 100 m from Tiny Home. There are wheel barrows to borrow to bring your belongings to your accommodation.

Is it suitable for children

Sorry no. We like to just have adults staying in the Tiny Home.

Is it cold in Tiny Home?

Quite the opposite. When the little burner is lit it heats up to T-Shirt temperature in 10 minutes. With all the insulation it stays warm well after the burner goes out.

Are there lots of trains and are they noisy?

There are a handful of trains a day serving Fishguard harbour. They are each only 1 or 2 carriages and are on welded rails so it just sounds like a van or lorry going past. The trains just serve as a reminder that there is a world still out there! If you are lucky you may see the Pullman doing a special journey.
