The Quirky Tour
A handful of lovely pods set in a cluster to allow private terraces. They look out on a beautiful open landscape of lush green fields. And there is also a great social hub area for guests to make a hot chocolate, cook a pizza or BBQ or sneak off to read the paper. You arrive to a ready-warmed hot tub with jets.

Description
Check into one of these luxurious cedar-clad glamping pods for the ultimate countryside getaway. Surrounded by the hills, farm animals, fresh air and clear night skies at Boustagill Farm, on the border between North Yorkshire and Lancashire.
Green Top pods Two Acre Bit and Buckhaw Brow each have their own covered hot tubs with jets and LED lights. Both offer accommodation for two adults on a handmade wooden bed and up to two children on a small double sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Two Acre Bit boasts beautiful Joules bedding, and Buckhaw Brow features stunning Orla Kiely bedding. Their private shower rooms, with key code access, are only a few steps from the pods and offer limitless hot water showers. Bliss! For added relaxation, free WiFi is available and each pod has a Smart TV and Netflix for those times you wish to snuggle up with your loved ones.
There is a stunning view from the pods to the hills around and to make the most out of your relaxing break there are fire pits, wooden deck areas, a wood-fired pizza oven for hire, indoor cooking facilities and an outdoor barbecue. Your stay includes a trug of kiln-dried logs and kindling for your first fire.
The Hub, next to the car park, is a unique sheltered social space for guests to relax, socialise and enjoy the views. That's where you'll find the wood-fired pizza oven, seating, lounge area and tables, festoon lighting and heaters. Gather round a tractor-wheel fire pit and toast marshmallows while taking in the stunning views. There's also a Little Laundry with washer, dryer and ironing facilities and a basket of outdoor games.
Challenging trails and footpaths and the Yorkshire Dales, the Forest of Bowland and Gisburn Forest surround the farm, perfect for explorers by foot or by bike. There is a secure bike storage building, bike repair stands, a bike wash and other helpful facilities for cyclists. The charming town of Settle is just five miles away and has a great range of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, and an excellent supermarket. The picture-postcard villages of Clapham, Ingleton and Malham are within easy reach, for those wanting to venture away from the farm.
Weekend stays are two or three nights, arriving Friday. For three night weekend stays in term time, the Sunday night is half price. Two night weekend stays are only available in term time and the price includes late check out up to 4pm.
Midweek stays are a minimum of two nights, arriving Monday or Wednesday. During school summer holidays, midweek stays are a minimum of four nights, Monday to Friday.
Prices are based on two guests - extra adults cost £25 each per night, and children (5+) cost £15 each per night. Sofa bed bedding is included for extra guests (age 2 or over).
Add a 'Pure Luxury Package' to your stay and arrive to find fairy lights and bunting, hearty breakfast ingredients, a bottle of fizz and two glasses, box of chocolates, marshmallows and skewers and blankets to keep off the chill. If you love to push the boat out, other packages include 'Special Celebrations' and 'Movie Package', or simply make it special with fairy lights and bunting.
Peaks and Pods is a Gold Green Tourism site and value being eco-friendly by recycling, reusing and reducing, encouraging guests to buy local products and offering information about them. Electricity for the pods is generated on the farm by a wind turbine and solar panels. The water in the Gold Top hot tubs is heated using an environmentally-friendly air source heat pump. Each pod has a supply of eco-friendly cleaning products for guests to use throughout their stay.
Due to cows and sheep being close to the pod site, unfortunately, pets aren't accepted.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, or guests can opt to pay in full at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the start of the stay.
Eco Credentials:
Peaks and Pods ask that you help them to keep the holiday as environmentally friendly as possible by conserving energy, shopping local, recycling and respecting nature. They only use eco and supply friendly cleaning products in the pods.
Awarded the Green Tourism gold award in 2018 for commitment to sustainability with a wind turbine and solar panels on site that in 2019 produced enough electricity to power 39 average UK homes. Inside the pods are low energy LED lights, A+ rated fridges and great insulation. Air source pumps are used to heat hot tubs. The welcome packs contain information about where to buy Fair Trade locally, and suggests places to shop such as nearby ‘Growing with Grace’ – suppliers of fresh, seasonal, organic fruit and vegetables – a community owned co-operative and Social Enterprise. Finally eco-friendly wood briquettes made from dust and particles extracted as a by-product from horse bedding are used for the pizza oven.

We don't offer one-night stays. It's a minimum of two nights midweek, two or three nights at weekends.
Do you take dogs?We don't take dogs as we're located on a working dairy farm.
Can I book a two-night stay over a weekend?Weekends in term time can be two or three nights. For three night stays in term time, the Sunday night is automatically half price. Weekends during school holidays and bank holidays are three nights, Friday to Monday.
What are your arrival days?Arrival days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
What should we bring?Bring all food and drink, good outdoor clothes, slippers and a torch for winter nights.
