Kick back and relax in this modern, eco friendly property with hot tub close to Newquay in West Wales. Sleeping 4+1 people it offers a tranquil stay close to the coast in the vicinity of a small village.

The property itself is on 2 levels, with an open plan kitchen and lounge area downstairs. The kitchen has all mod cons and a TV/DVD can be found in the lounge, whilst the downstairs bathroom has a large walk in shower. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms; one double and one twin, plus a bathroom with large bath with shower over.

From downstairs you can access a gorgeous outside deck area which overlooks the stream below. This is the perfect place for that morning cuppa or late night tipple, whilst listening to the gurgling of the stream below. A few steps below the deck on a lower level you can find a hidden hot tub, perfect for those romantic moments whilst enjoying a spot of star gazing.

The property is proud to be eco-friendly and as such uses solar power for hot water and rainwater for flushing the toilet.

Locally you can visit the seaside town of Newquay or catch a bus up to Aberystwyth where you can take a ride on the funicular cliff railway, the longest in Britain! Alternatively put on your hiking boots and enjoy a day walking on The Wales Coast Path, which is approx 15mins walk from the house.

Children welcome. No pets. Free Wifi. Please note the property is accessible for those with reduced mobility and has ramp access. There is a 1 person sofa bed on the downstairs level but otherwise the bedrooms are upstairs.
