Vinegar Hill has 2 lovely B&B; rooms for guests plus Rosie, the unique gypsy wagon. Located a stroll from the coastal village of Milford-on-Sea, you are just a short drive from the New Forest. It is possible to take part in a pottery course on site with the acclaimed potter Dave Rogers.

The Garden Room is downstairs and spacious with a sitting/dining area separate from the bedroom with TV and DVD, plus a good sized bathroom. This room can accommodate a family of 4 or up to 4 adults. The Hayloft is upstairs, sleeps 2 and is entered via an external spiral staircase. A self-contained and spacious bedroom with ensuite.

Rosie, the gypsy wagon is a restored 1885 Showmans wagon - a stunningly preserved piece of history, recently refurbished and elaborately painted by one of the last trained gypsy wagon painters in the country. She looks out over the woodland garden. There is a heated wetroom/shower a few paces away for guests use. There is a chic interior with thick velvet curtains, cushions and cut glass knobs on windows and cupboards. A totally different B&B; experience for 2. It is possible to stay in Rosie between April through to October.

Enjoy a full breakfast with eggs from the owner's chickens, yoghurt and freshly baked croissants as well as cereal, fruit juices, tea and coffee. All this is served on tableware made in the pottery.

There is plenty of parking, bikes available for guests use and babysitting services can be arranged.

A 2-night minimum stay at weekends, 3 nights on bank holidays. Single nights midweek only.

Travel cot and highchair can be supplied without charge.
