Description

Book a stay in Walnut yurt set in a gorgeous rural retreat with a garden space of your own, where the owners have thought of lots of extra touches to make your stay special. Relax in the wood burning hot tub, or dine alfresco. Sleeps couples, families or four adults within a meadow near Stamford.

The yurt is warm and welcoming with a king-sized bed, woodburning stove and plenty of soft furnishings. There is a table and chairs for dining inside or alternatively dine al fresco in your private meadow garden before slipping into the warmth of your wood burning hot tub. Of an evening, light the firepit and warm yourself with gooey toasted marshmallows.

In the garden you can discover a private indoor kitchen hut area with running water, a 2 ring gas stove and a fridge, plus your own private eco loo. There is a modern bathroom and utility room just 100 metres from the yurt and here you can find the phone charging facilities. This is shared with another yurt at this property.

There is electricity in both the yurt & kitchen areas.

The yurt is surrounded by 30 acres of meadows for you to explore, plus you can go kayaking or fishing at Welland River just a 2 minute stroll away from Walnut yurt.

On site you can book a range of holistic therapies to compliment your relaxing stay including reflexology, aromatherapy, Indian Head massage and acupuncture.

If you can bear to tear yourself away from the site then the historic town of Stamford is just a 10 minute stroll away and here you can find an array of independent shops and cafes. Alternatively enjoy exploring the 30 acres of Stamford Meadows where you can discover plenty of wildlife and nature or take a trip to Rutland Water with its sailing, cycling and historic houses.

Up to 2 dogs welcome for a surcharge of £30 each, per stay. Receive a welcome hamper on arrival.

Children welcome. Under 2s will be provided with a travel cot on request.

There is a minimum 2 night stay. If you wish to have the hot tub preheated for your arrival, there is a £20 surcharge.
