Waterfell is a luxury, modern eco-friendly house for just 2 guests offering a rural and romantic staycation near Ullapool. There are uninterrupted and stunning views of Loch Broom. Sheep and lambs graze in the pastures and the peace and quiet is tangible.

The house blends well into the surrounding nature with its larch clad walls and its cantilever design over a large stream gives you a feeling of freedom. The property has an open plan living area with different areas for cooking, relaxing, watching TV or reading. The woodburner ensures the house stays warm and cosy throughout the year whilst the bright artwork brings a different kind of warmth to the property. The modern kitchen has all you need to prepare and cook a delicious meal whilst the lounge has a smart TV and high speed wifi where you can binge on Netflix after a busy day exploring the area. There is a separate bedroom with super king sized bed and loch views, whilst the en-suite comes with a bath with powerful overhead shower.

Outside you can relax in your garden, admire the dry stoned wall or simply sit and enjoy a moment of mindfulness.

The house has direct access to the shores of Loch Broom and its pebble beach. Alternatively walk up into the hills to see the amazing views of Ullapool, the Summer Isles and the nearby Munroes. A great location for exploring the Wester Ross region. Ullapool is a 15-minute drive away with its shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities plus an altogether Highland atmosphere. Why not release your inner artist whilst here and take a week long art course at Bridge House Art, explore the NC500 on which Ullapool sits, or take a day trip to the stunning Cairngorms, the largest National Park in the UK.

Sorry but NO PETS allowed due to a large number of lamb, sheep and hens roaming freely in the surroundings.
