The property has a topsy turvy layout with the living area being on the top floor to make the most of the incredible view. Not only can you admire the view through the windows but there is also a terrace where you can get up close and personal with this picture perfect location by the marina. Here you can enjoy a drink at the bistro table before settling back into the comfy lounge with smart TV and DAB radio. Down on the first floor you can discover a bright, airy and spacious kitchen diner with extra sofa so you can chat to the nominated chef of the day.

The four bedrooms are split over the ground floor and second floor and have varying views over the marina and river. There are 3 double beds with super/ king size beds and a bunk bed room with sofa. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 en-suite - one of which is a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Locally you can take a drive to Broadsands Beach or Brixham Harbour and take in the fresh Devonshire air.

Children welcome. No pets. Please note you will be supplied with a parking permit for a car park across the river in Dartmouth. This involves a 10 minute walk in total. Alternatively there is paid parking opposite the property.

Anyday arrival with a minimum 3 night stay. In July / August there is a minimum 7 night stay with Friday arrival.
