Stunning property combines two idyllic 17th century cottages and a barn conversion to give you a spacious base for up to 16 guests near Honiton, just a 30 minute drive from the coast.

Inside there is an impressive social space, decorated in a midnight blue colour for dramatic effect, that offers a grand dining table area as well as a living area and grand piano for a sing song. With floor to ceiling windows in the centre of this space it stays bright and airy with its regal colouring.

At either end of this part of the property you will find the two cottage areas, each with its own kitchen and living room area and bedrooms. There is also a communal snug style cinema room, a gym for the times you wish to work out and an honesty bar where you can enjoy your favourite tipple.

In total there are 11 bedrooms - all individually styled, spread across the ground floor and first floor of the barn and two cottages, plus lots of en-suite bathrooms and a separate WC on the ground floor.

Outside you can make use of the large courtyard space with a ball game or two. Alternatively sit and relax on the benches with a good book or your morning cuppa.

Locally you can take the short drive to the busy market town of Honiton, visit some Iron-Age forts in the Blackdown Hills, sample award winning ciders at Perry's Cider Mills or just enjoy a day at the beach.
