Retreat to rural Wiltshire and enjoy a stay in a unique structure for up to 4 guests that has been inspired by Tolkien's literary masterpiece. Set on a rural farm near Devizes it offers a family fun adventure or tranquil escape for 2 couples.

Set all on one level, you enter the house via a sunshine yellow round door as in keeping with story tale style home. The property is superbly equipped with a full bespoke kitchen (including dishwasher and Nespresso machine) plus a tranquil living and dining area with a gas fired wood burner for cosiness and a rustic hand made dining table where you can enjoy playing the supplied board games, planning your stay or listening to the radio with bluetooth speaker.

At the end of the day you can freshen up in the spacious wet room before heading to your bedroom at the back of the house. There is one double bedroom plus one bedroom that can be used as a king size double or a twin room thus giving you the flexibility to enjoy this property as a couple's retreat, romantic getaway or family staycation.

Outside the house has a lovely garden area with insect friendly plants plus a naturally flowering eco friendly grass roof to encourage bees and other insects. Enjoy relaxing in the warmth of your private well style hot tub, where you can enjoy the meadow views with your favourite tipple of hand or snuggle up around your firepit whilst toasting marshmallows and gazing up at the starry night sky.

Whilst here you can try your hand at archery, painting classes, laser shooting and disc golf all available. Alternatively book in for a fitness class followed up by a relaxing spa treatment - perfection! If you prefer to eat out when on holiday then head to one of the local pubs, booking Farmer Chris for a taxi ride in his gator tractor, so you can arrive in style or enjoy a drink without worrying about getting home! If coming with children they will love the straw play arena and donkey rides.

Locally you can explore the stone circle at Avebury, spend a day at Bowood House and Gardens with its fantastic adventure playgrounds for children or have a fun filled time at Longleat Safari park where you can see lions, tigers, rhinos, wolves and more.

There is a minimum 2 night stay with Monday, Wednesday and Friday arrivals.
