Top location for a fabulous barge stay right in the heart of Woodbridge harbour. From the boat you get the view of the Tide Museum, sunrise, the river and are close to couple of good restaurant / bars, and a coffee shop.
The station is closeby for parking or if you want to arrive by train.
The boat offers a comfortable and unique stay for 2. We really enjoyed our time here!

Enjoy a holiday of a different kind aboard this 100-year-old Dutch Sailing Barge in Woodbridge, Suffolk. Twee Gebroeders Barge sleeps 2 (+2) guests and offers a romantic or family break which even your dogs can enjoy!
Twee Gebroeders is moored at the Tidemill in Woodbridge and sleeps up to 4 people, with a double cabin and a twin cabin. This barge perfectly suits a couple wanting a little romance, or a young family wanting something different!
A comfy yet cosy open plan saloon with lounge, dining and kitchen area leads out to the cockpit where you can sit and enjoy your morning cuppa, or evening glass of wine. The shower room has plenty of hot water and beautiful handmade tiles that reflect her Dutch heritage.
Located only 90 minutes away from London, holidaying aboard the barge is like stepping back in time to a more peaceful relaxed way of life. Whilst here be sure to visit the Sutton Hoo Viking Site just across the water for a unique experience.
Locally you can enjoy stopping off in the many restaurants and coffee shops, whilst meandering through the streets of the country villages.
Alternatively, take to the lakes and partake in a spot of kayaking or windsurfing or enjoy a walk through the beautiful countryside.
Suffolk itself has a rich history so take time to admire the stunning architecture of this medieval county.
Arrival/departure days are Mondays for minimum 4 nights, Fridays for minimum of 2 or 3 nights and Sundays for minimum 5 nights. Weekly stays from Mon / Fri / Sun.
Three dogs are welcome aboard the barge at an additional cost of £15 each per stay.
