Description
Deep in the wilderness of North Yorkshire you can discover this family run farm near Grantley, you will find this cosy octagonal wooden cabin enjoying panoramic views across the Nidderdale Valley.
The cabin is simple in design yet offers comfort and a warm welcome with a toasty log-burner. It has a double bed with memory foam mattress, perfect for sinking into after a day exploring the Yorkshire Dales, plus a bunk bed. There are communal modern bathroom facilities just a short stroll away and here you can also find a small kitchenette facility which offers a toaster, microwave and kettle plus space for the all important washing up!
In the daytime you can enjoy the beautiful countryside views and meet the cows, whilst at night the bright starry sky will astound you, just be sure to make a wish when you see a shooting star! The owners are proud of the natural wilderness of the site and welcome wildlife such as wild deer, birds of prey plus of course the wild flora that grows everywhere.
If you wish to explore a little further then Nidderdale offers you an abundance of choice, with Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal comprising of the largest abbey ruins in the country, plus a deer park and water garden. Alternatively take time to explore the many small villages nearby including Pateley Bridge which is renowned for having The Oldest Sweet Shop in England!
Back on site please note that there is no wifi and even 3G/4G signal can be hard to come across, so kick back and enjoy the feeling of being off grid with a good book, pack of cards or just good old fashioned conversation!
All bedlinen is provided. The owners kindly ask that you have indoor shoes for use in the cabins and recommend wellies or walking boots for outside!

Dogs welcome, but they must be kept on a lead due to livestock. There is a charge of £6 per dog, maximum of 2 per cabin.
