Duplex apartment on the promenade at Sidmouth offers wonderful sea views and sleeps up to 6 guests.

The property resides on the ground floor and first floor of this historic Georgian house and includes all you would expect from a house of this era. Large sash windows in the ground floor living room plus a decadent fireplace and ceiling rose offer all the elegance you would expect to find. Add to this modern conveniences such as a TV, DVD player and Sonos Speaker and you have all you could need to relax. The living room leads through a large archway to an artistic dining area which further leads through to the spacious kitchen which includes a second more relaxed dining space. A central island offers the ideal place to cook whilst talking to your loved ones. From here you can head outdoors to your terrace area with seating, BBQ and herb garden.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - 2 queen sized with sea views and balcony access and a 3rd room with bunk beds for the kiddies. There are 2 elegant bathrooms in the house, a ground floor shower room and a first floor bath with shower above.

Locally you can explore the East Devon Area of Natural Beauty which covers over 100 square miles of countryside and includes 18 miles of heritage coastline. Be sure to stop off and visit the popular towns of Beer with its smugglers cove and Seaton with its vintage style tram before visiting a tea room for a refreshing cuppa and a delicious cream tea.

There are Monday arrivals for 4 nights and Friday arrivals for 3 or 7 nights. From April - October inclusive there are Friday arrivals only for 7 night stays.
